Il y a quelques temps, j'ai été contacté par la talentueuse illustratrice Lucy Joy pour participer à un super projet "portrait-swap", Hellohead avec plein d'autres illustrateurs (tous aussi doués les uns que les autres).

Après avoir rassemblé plusieurs artistes avec qui elle souhaitait travailler sur ce projet, elle a ensuite tiré les noms des participants au hasard afin de les associer avec un autre illustrateur.
Le but étant de créer des paires d'illustrateurs sensés se dessiner l'un-l'autre !

Un site conçu spécialement pour le projet est actuellement en construction et une exposition verra bientôt le jour à Londres, mais j'aurai l'occasion de vous en reparler !

Pour l'instant je n'ai vu aucun autre portrait, même pas le mien réalisé par Pat Perry. J'ai hâte !!!

Pour ma part, j'ai eu droit à une super photo pour réaliser mon portrait. Celle de Pat Perry après une grosse chute à vélo :) D'où l'oeil tout rouge et les hématomes... Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, il se porte très bien, et je trouve qu'il a une bonne tête un peu cartoon comme ça qu'est-ce que vous en pensez ?


Some time ago, I was contacted by the talented illustrator Lucy Joy to participate in a super project "portrait-swap" called Hellohead with lots of other illustrators (all as good as each other).
After gathering several artists with whom she wanted to work on this project, she then pulled the names of participants randomly to associate with another illustrator. 
The goal was to create pairs of illustrators supposed to draw one-another !
A site designed specifically for the project is currently under construction and an exhibition will soon open in London, but I will have the opportunity to get back to you !
For now I have not seen any other pieces, not even mine done by Pat Perry. I can not wait !
For my part, I got a great picture to do my portrait. That is one of Pat Perry after a big drop bike :) Hence the bright red eye and bruises ... But do not worry, he is doing very well, and I think he has a good funny head  like that ! What do you think ?

Hi Ëlodie, how are things? You're a fashion illustrator based in Paris, France, is that right?

Yes absolutely! I've lived and worked in Paris since 2010 !

What's it liked living in Paris? I think it's fair to say that it's one of the most significant cities when it comes to Fashion, a true Fashion Capital - do you get a feel for that living there?

Yes of course, Paris is a city where you feel that anything can happen! Always a new insolite restaurant to discover, a new show, exhibition to attend, etc... And of course a lot of great places for shopping !!!

La nouvelle illustration pour mes pages facebook et twitter ce mois-ci est une fausse campagne pour Gucci (avec les vrais vêtements de la collection automne-hiver 2012-2013 . Sur cette ilustration, j'ai essayé d'aller dans une direction plus adulte, plus "luxe". J'espère que ça vous plaira !
