La recette de Pramudita : Angsio Tofu

2 Egg Silken Tofu
2 Eggs
2 pcs chilli
100 gr mushroom
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 pcs Spring onions
1 tbps Cornstarch
2 cloves Garlic

1. Cut the tofur into small pieces,
2. Heat oil in wok, slice the tofu into 1 cm thick on to the oil, fried until golden brown, drain.
4. Heat about 2 tbsp oil in a pan, arrange the fried tofu and pour over beaten egg. Move the pan so the egg can spread evenly. When cooked, put onto a flat serving dish.
5. Chopped the garlic. Put in the tofu and chilli, stir until changed colour, put in the sauce and spices and the chopped spring onion. Dilute the corn starch with little water and pour over. Cooked until thicken and pour over the fried egg and tofu. Serve immediately.
